Communion Ministry to the Homebound

This group of volunteers are responsible for visiting the homebound and those in assisted living facilities to provide regular communion services and visitation. Call Sara DeCrevel 707-226-7712 if you would like to help or if you have someone who is homebound and would like to receive Communion.

These volunteers do go to several of the local Assisted Living Facilities and Skilled Nursing Facilities, but also will go to a personal home if there is a need.

Hearts and Hands

Hearts and Hands is a subcommittee of the Women’s Guild that assists families with funeral/memorial receptions. We take care of set up of the parish hall with tables, tablecloths (white, or you may rent your own) and chairs. Hearts and Hands volunteers coordinate serving with the caterer arranged by the family and take care of drinks, coffee, tea, lemonade, coffee, and clean-up of the hall.

This is coordinated through the rectory who refers the families to us and then we call them to understand their needs.

For this service we ask for a $150.00 donation to cover supplies.

Contact the Parish Office for more information at (707) 257-2555.
