The Angel Bazaar Committee is responsible for planning and organizing the only fundraiser to support the parish Religious Education program. The Bazaar is held annually on the second weekend of November in the church halls and offers a variety of items for purchase and auction. Over thirty outside vendors display their wares for sale and there is an incredible silent auction of specialty gifts and select wines for bidding. Raffle tickets are for sale for a chance to win one of the thirty special raffle prizes, and the committee also sponsors a booth filled with home-crafted items for sale that are made by parishioners. Additionally, there is a bake sale with a huge selection of home-baked or home-prepared items and a cafe serving delightful soups , sandwiches, and pastries for sale at a nominal fee.
Volunteers are needed for the days of the event and also during the year as preparations are made. Volunteer jobs would include such things as selling raffle tickets, running errands, helping with mailing, contributing arts and crafts.
